Die beiden Kakerlaken Rube und Reg sind Brüder, wie sie unterschiedlicher nicht sein könnten. Rube ist nett, aber etwas naiv und kann sich in den Superkäfer RoboRoach verwandeln, der erstaunliche Superkräfte besitzt. Reg dagegen ist gerissen und geldgierig und macht ständig Pläne, um schnell reich zu werden. Doch seine Pläne werden oft von seinem Superhelden-Bruder durchkreuzt.
